I needed something with grip, but thin, for my mutin withered pony and the bamboo offers lots of grip on my horses back without the irritation you would get from the typical synthetic material normally used. And the synthesized suade helps my saddle stay in place. It look great too!

Greater than one weekPreviously, I have always used regular square saddle pads, but I have close contact saddle and I hate how they fit. They always slide down as I ride and put pressure on the withers. This pad is the perfect solution. Its shape keeps the pad off the withers and it looks so great with a close contact saddle. Its also summer and very humid, yet it seems to wick away sweat better. While it still gets damp from sweat, it is significantly less than the cotton pads. And so far no odor. Ive only had about 10 rides so I cant say how it will hold up, but it seems like high quality materials.

> 3 dayAs gorgeous as the photos show, I haven’t actually ridden in it yet, I’m waiting for my show next weekend. Overall I’m pretty smitten with this brand so I’m sure it will be perfect. I ride in a Stubben Zaria Optimum and this brand fits beautifully with the mono flap design.
