Great laptop for the price until mousepad started to lag and then completely stopped working.

My keyboard randomly stopped working, some of the keys dont work . It is lightweight and touchscreen however doesn’t seem to last long in terms of longevity

I really liked this computer before 1/4 of the buttons stopped working after a month, and the battery life turned to crap. I’m not careless for it. When I am not using it, it stays in protected case. I wait until it’s about to die to fully charge & never use until it’s charged. It went from holding a charge for a day, to only holding a charge a cpl hours. It has touchscreen, so when the buttons don’t want to work there is that option. But it’s the principle of being brand new, well taken of, and still messed up after a little over a month. Not happy. Can’t even talk to customer service bc of the virus. Total bs.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this little Chromebook. Bought it to replace an aging laptop and solely for using the internet and using online programs & communications while traveling for work. The touchscreen is great; its very easy to get up and running with most apps (my only gripe is that the Southwest Air App is not yet compatible with it). Its lightweight and being able to fold the keyboard over and use it like a giant tablet is pretty cool. Id say it was a solid investment for my purposes.

This was purchased for the purpose of completing school assignments and projects. It is perfect for that purpose. Set up was easy, and tutorials that come with the platform help you learn about the cool features available through Google. We have several profiles working off of this device and moving between them is seamless and convenient. I am thinking about purchasing another one.

I had an acer chrome book prior and was expecting the real estate to be about the same. However, Im very unhappy with how tiny the screen view is. I have with the big black border AND the google chrome tool bar on the bottom taking up a huge space of real estate. Unfortuntately this piece of crap died after 6 months of use -DNS issues first - then after a factory reboot wouldnt even let me log in and set up. really a piece of crap and the biggest waste of 277 dollars.
