> 3 dayNot only does this company have multiple lawsuits pending regarding the YOGA series, but Ive also personally had multiple experiences with my laptop not working. The audio/microphone will go out with no warning, Ive taken it to BestBuy geek squad and Ive been told every time it required an update because the microphone files just disappeared. Ive put in a whole new battery, same issues. The finger reader stopped working this month, the volume button on the keyboard is acting up now too, it wont turn up when I click the button, it just stays frozen on the volume. Same with the volume down button. Certain buttons no longer work, and I am just completely done with this laptop. I have had it for two years and I am ready to sell it for far less than what I bought it for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER.

> 3 dayWorked fine just long enough for the return window to close, then wifi connection disappeared. Everything is updated and wireless adapter has been replaced, but issues persist. Lenovo customer service is a nightmare. Looks like a $630 lemon to me...

> 3 dayI loved the laptop, but after 3 weeks the usb-c port stopped working. Lenovo instructed me to send the laptop to them for repair. I was told that it would be evaluated and repaired and sent back to me in 5 days. I followed up with customer service via chat when the laptop had been at the repair center for 5 days - there was no update on the online tracking other than the device had been received. Customer service was not able to tell me anything I couldnt see on the online tracking and told me the repair would be another 3 days. I went through this dance two or 3 more times before giving up. It took ~ a month for me to get the laptop back at which point Id already replaced it because I needed a working laptop for my business. I received an email AFTER I got the laptop back saying that my laptop was on the way.

10-06-2025I bought this particular computer after reading the reviews from Consumer Reports. I needed a basic laptop for web browsing and Zoom meetings and one that would take up minimal space on the kitchen countertop. I have been very happy so far. I would have expected to pay more for the touch screen and fingerprint recognition. The setup went well and I have not experienced any problems. I enabled the battery mode that limits the full charge to prolong battery life. Rather than charge to the mid-60% range, it seems to limit the charge to around 56%. So far, thats not a problem as it stays connected to the charger most of the time. Immediately after set up, it didnt appear to be charging at all. Using the built-in support app, I was able to get a Lenovo technician to remote connect and check for problems. She didnt find anything and the computer did resume charging a short time later. All in all, I am very satisfied with the performance, features, and price paid for this computer.

> 3 dayBattery life is too short and keys are hard to see if you dont keep them backlit and that uses the battery even more! Very disappointed.
