It came packaged really well and came with a Keyboard and a Mouse brand new it also came with a display port to HDMI adapter and Bluetooth USB dongle all of which were not displayed as part of the package so getting these extras was pretty awesome. So far as I type this review it is working great it came with windows 10 pro installed however I wiped it and installed Fedora Linux. Temps are good although I do plan on changing out the thermal paste. I would absolutely recommend this.

> 24 hourAfter checking all points regarding the volume on the Lenovo tiny PC, I found the audio to be tiny. There is no way to use a plug and play unless it has a USB port. So the customer service people although they were very nice, could not resolve the problem. I had to order USB powered speakers from Amazon. I hope they are compatible. Should arrive today. I will update my review after I install the speakers. They cost another $20.

> 24 hourIf you plan to use this for gaming dont buy. If your planning to use it for school/work it is great. I had windows 10 already on it which was nice. I gave it to my dad to use for work so he can use Word and Excel. If your planning on doing some light browsing and documents then this is a great price to have as a home computer or a work computer.

> 24 hourI was hoping it would be usable as a web browsing computer for my father for the price. But to my surprise, it runs Xubuntu 20.04 flawlessly, I could use it all day. I have no idea about gaming, but 4k video seems smooth. zero delays for the browser and file explore and whatnot with dozens of tabs open.
