Best humidifier I’ve ever owned!

It did everything I wanted it to do and works very well great but

Easy to get to sleep when its running. Doesnt seem to hydrate the whole room, but thats hard to tell since the apartment is so dry. It does help. If you use distilled water it can be very expensive - the reservoir holds 1 gallon, and you can use all that if it runs all day. Which means your costs could be upwards of $38 per month (depending on how expensive distilled water is in your area). It is easy to clean; vinegar gets out hard tap water and the odor rinses away easily.

Finally, after trying some NINE humidifiers over the years, a satisfactory humidifier. No less than an engineering marvel, the Levoit Dual 150 Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier is amazing: it has no lights (other humidifiers have these stupid harsh-blue-white un-turn-offable LED lights that shine right in the face of the unfortunate closest-to-the-humidifier sleeper), is easy and logical to fill with a cant-miss large bucket (other humidifiers require precision aiming of a stream of water through a tiny chute or one, memorably, has its motor encased in a flimsy plastic non-waterproof housing, meaning that even if one adhered to the rule to never get the motor wet -- kind of an exasperating requirement for a humidifier motor that sits in a tank of water -- the motor would sooner or later take on water, either by a slow leak or coming loose to bob alarmingly in the tank, and stop working), and has a simple clean easy-to-maintain cylindrical design (other humidifies will, spontaneously, void their entire contents of water directly onto the table so wed wake up with no mist and a large puddle on the nightstand and floor), and theres no preposterously difficult setup process (other humidifiers require downloading an app ostensibly to work over WiFi only to completely fail in the first hour of operation!). Finally, a good humidifier. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is such a great humidifier. Ive struggled in the past to find a humidifier that was effective & easy to clean. This humidifier checks all of those boxes! Levoit Support is also great to work with. I had a small issue with my humidifier that I had to contact support about. Support went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved. I will only be purchasing Levoit products moving forward!

I use this product for my bedroom. I have a cat and it bothers me that I could hear the static of my cat trying to find a comfortable spot on the bed. I also got it for my continuous nose bleeds that I get during the winter months when the room is dry. I placed this on a nice open area on top of a chest of drawers. I kept this thing constantly running and made sure to fill it needed. I didn’t see any sort of improvement. However, when I put the humidifier on my nightstand directly next to me, I was able to see immediate improvement. No more nose bleeds when I woke up and I didn’t have to hear the static as my cat moved around the blankets. Our room is not very large it houses, a queen size bed, a tall chest of drawers, and a small dresser. I am unsure as to what rooms they were using in their testing, but it is not helpful for anything larger than maybe a small bedroom or office. I also highly advise to use distilled water or filtered water with the machine. Even then, be prepared to clean this, at least once a week. I would recommend cleaning it every two days if you use any essential oils with this. Mold builds up very quickly and you can see it anytime you lift the tank up. The area by the pump, the tank, and the lid will all build up some sort of yellow orange-ish residue. It works fine, but requires a bit more upkeep than I anticipated. Especially since cleaning the diffuser lid is cumbersome, with trying to get in to the empty space between the two pieces. It’s decent for the price and if you want to diffuser for essential oils, it works. It has a larger tanks and most of the diffusers do. But it’s nothing spectacular.

Could use a handle to take the tank to fill also the lid is too easy for a toddler to take off and make a mess.

The size of the humidifier is larger than I expected, but easy to use and clean inside. It has enough power so it is better to use in larger spaces or at low smoke strength. As for the noise is moderate, the price/performance ratio is quite good.

Which is good. Only thing is it starts to smell/ get funky inside if you don’t rinse it out every few days. Overall, great purchase.
