> 3 dayOverall a good monitor! I got it used - I’m not rating it 5 stars because half of the power cord wasn’t in the box. I had to use an old laptop cord instead, which is a bit annoying. The screws also don’t seem to properly fit (when connecting the stand to the screen) and I might need to swap them out so it’s more secure.

> 3 dayOther reviews confirm issues caused by poor documentation. Initial startup impossible without knowing where the on/off and menu access is under and behind the LG Logo, with a mini joystick switch.!!! I wasted too much time thinking the HDMI cable was faulty, and the initial screen declaring no input led me to that conclusion. I hooked up the VGA/RGB cable and eventually found the joystick control and selected the HDMI input. The video input only supports up to 1920x1080, which is important if used with a Lorex Security system that can output 2560x1440 for higher resolution monitoring. Works for me, and the price was right, along with the 3 year warranty.

> 3 dayVery happy with this monitor. Good quality for a value series monitor you are getting a good value for the specs you are getting. What’s that you say? You paid Amazon $136 and they didn’t send you a $2000 monitor. You should probably give the product a bad review I guess.

> 3 dayI read such good things about this monitor—but I guess it all depends what youre used to. Maybe the people who rave about this monitor havent owned ones that were much better...? Mine arrived today, and Im finding it entirely mediocre. This is a 24 monitor—not big at all by todays standards—so the pixels should be relatively small, close together, and less noticeable. But on this one, the pixelation (screen door) effect right out at me, even sitting a few feet away. Text is especially indistinct. I wouldnt want to use this for any text-heavy applications. Colours range from somewhat muted to unremarkable. Id read that IPS monitors like these had superior colour to the more common TFT panels, but its not true in this case. At default settings, my other monitor, a 10-year-old 24 Samsung TFT, blows this one out of the park. This seemed like an especially good deal. Im giving it 3 stars because of the low price—but Im going to return it and order something pricier, with better specs. Lifes too short to squint. :?|

> 3 daySpent the extra $20 over the MK modeL because this was supposed to have integrated speakers. I can’t get it to work on my Chromebook. Will test on another computer, but if it doesn’t work I’m sending back. Argh..

> 3 dayDecided to do an immediate review to give props to amazon.ca shipping: ordered 3 days ago (w/o Prime)! Confirmed that issues were with my (Verrry old) 17 Acer monitor, not PC itself. Ive seen reviews complain about the size, picture quality, etc. I know Im old, but this sucker is almost too big! (Gotta figure out how to adjust the brightness also.) And for $138, hard to complain... One beef: the D-sub (vga connection) cable was missing - but did get an hdmi cable, which is incompatible with my PC. Good thing I was replacing a monitor, not buying for 1st time! Overall, taking my headline as a caveat, I would definitely recommend this product.
