Liquid I.V.Hydration Multiplier,Electrolyte Powder,Easy Open Packets,Supplement Drink Mix(Passion Fruit,30 Count)

Over the last year,I have now tested and experimented with about twenty different brands of electrolyte replacement supplements. Liquid IV is one of the two I now use daily to help manage my ONGOING MUSCLE CRAMPING issues. If you do a comparison of the ingredient / quantities, you see that it has more of what you probably need. It also has a little less sugar than many. (FYI I use Ultima at night because it does not use sugar). I also use a small amount of liquid concentrate to boost the overall concentration in my mix bottle ~ 32oz. (current liquid concentrate I also use based on quality-value, is called fly by). BTW if you have muscle cramps, try adding at least 5 tsb plain white vinegar per 32 oz.

This is my review from the sleep aid this company produces. I feel nothing but love for all the healthy changes this and their sleep aid has given my husband. * My husband has been with ‘a branch of the military’ for 43 years. He has not slept more than two-three hours at a stretch and he dehydrates hisself keeping up with our large yard. That said, no matter how much he exhausted hisself, it was always the same—that’s all the sleep he got. It was quickly playing havoc on his body and he was drained at the end of every day. I can’t begin to tell you how this sleep aid and the hydration mix has changed OUR lives. I have cried heavy tears of happiness listening to his once short lived ‘banshee growl’ snores that are now converted to ‘kitten purrs’ that last five and sometimes six hours!!! His blood pressure has lowered, his mood is steady, and his eyes are bright again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating this marvelous sleep aid and Rehyrating mix. P. S. My husband loves the taste and the texture of both mixes, too!

A bit pricey but well worth it for hydration during long days of heavy construction and hard work. It really works and prevents muscle cramping on those especially sweaty project days. I highly recommend.

I play disc golf so I am out in the hot sun for hours on end. I use this stuff especially when I am playing in tournaments which last from 8-10hrs for 2 rounds. I could walk 6-8miles playing in the sun all day up hills, down hills, through the woods you name it with temps 80-100F. When I started using this I no longer get muscle cramps from dehydration and have more energy to finish the rounds. i went from drinking tons of water and Gatorade to carrying only a few bottles and adding this stuff. I turn a lot of people on to this stuff because it works!!! last week a guy on my card was getting head aches from being out in the sun temp was 85F no wind and very humid. I gave him 1 and he mixed in to his water. He couldnt thank me enough because his headache had gone away in about 15mins.

I run Track and X Country and this stuff works, seriously. Try it.

Wish it was a little cheaper but great hydration.

Tried for the first time on NYE. They are a little salty so I feel like drinking a glass of plain water soon after. So I use them all the time now, whenever I feel behind on my hydration, they help with electrolytes and give you urge to drink a little more plain water. Usually I split the packet in half, too. Youll feel so much better the next day.

Love love love this flavor! I can’t get through my days without liquid iv. This is one of the best flavors!
