Greater than one weekThis leaves your breath fresh for a long time. I use it twice a day. It did burn the first few days but now I guess it is doing its job. My gums have stopped bleeding and my gums and teeth look better.

I use it 2 times a day for oral health and 3 times a day when I am sick or feeling like I’m getting sick as this kills all the germs in your mouth and helps prevent illness. Several new studies show this kills corona virus in the mouth also. Love the flavor and the feel. Highly recommend!
