> 3 dayExtremely disappointed after opening the second of six to find that the opening of the bag was buried seven feet inside the plastic housing. No choice but to pull out the bag until the open end appeared, seven feet into the bag. I had hoped these would be an improvement over the old round containers. Too late to return now, and trying to stuff the bag back into it’s plastic housing is nearly impossible. Absolutely disgusted. For the price I expected something reliable, but got these malfunctioning parts. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a clunky reply in tortured English to my inquiry about the defective bags. They were going to ‘research my purchase’ and get back to me. I followed up two weeks later. No response.

> 3 dayThis system is excellent. Each one of these refills holds about 6-8 days of waste from my cat. There is no smell if you use smell-cancelling litter. The bags are strong. I have never had one break or leak. It took me a while to figure out the process of setting it up but its quite simple once you try it.
