LOONENG Paint Brush Washer, Deluxe Airtight Brush Cleaner for Oil Painting (Large)

I use this to store gamsol for oil paint, which I transport from home to school. The size of this is perfect because I dont waste too much gamsol- as I did in the bigger size - and it seals perfectly.

I have only just received this recently; so, I cannot comment on its usefulness over time. I suspect, however, that its usefulness will be quite acceptable for a long period.

This is my second canister. I got the larger size this time for my larger brushes and to have a second container in case Im using a mixture of lights and darks so I can keep my brushes separate. Even with a single canister, Ive been able to easily clean my brushes in mineral spirits (I paint with oils) and not had any issues with paint transfer. The canister is also well sealed, keeping my solvents from evaporating when not in use and has also been safe in the transport of solvents.

I was concerned about the size, but this is really a large sealable brush washer. See photos to compare this washer (left) with my older small washer (right). Great price for the size! Seals tightly. Very happy with purchase

I bought this for my furniture painting projects. My brushes were large (for painting the house) and they still fit easily into this container when I removed strainer thingy. Worked fantastic for what I needed! Very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend!

not sure why, but when I opened it up to use, it has an old fish guts smell to it. I plan to soak in vinegar to see if it goes away.

Good for curing water to the gig as long as you don’t slash it too much because it times the gasket will not hold water in… Holes in the brush washer or a bit large for my round size 1-4 brushes, at times they go into the hole rather than on top of. Good size to it, at least double the size of the one I bought at Hobby Lobby… which had the holes drilled the wrong way so test that before you put good brushes in and ruin them no matter which one you buy!
