Lusso is a fantastic brand and this is not my first purchase of one of their products. I LOVE My kickmats they are phenomenal quality, easy to instal, match the brown piping on my seat perfectly BUT one of them will not stay buckled. The least little tug trying to get something out of the pocket and it unbuckles. I’m not sure what the problem is, but it’s a problem.

Good quality but the fit is not good. It hangs loose. Theres just not much you can do to tighten the fit against the rear of the seat. (Revised as of 9/21/2020 - after receiving a surprise care package from the Lusso Customer Care team) This is why customer service is SO important. I am in the business of Customer Service. I build software for Customer Service teams. The Lusso team reached out to me with a gift in response to this review. I still stand by my original review - good quality, but poor fit. However, with the response from the Lusso team - I feel that this company deserves 5 stars for the following reason: 1. This is a company that clearly cares about their products - responding to reviews buried in the 2,000 reviews for this product - means, that they are actually going through ALL of their reviews - this speaks to their commitment to the customer and to their product 2. I did not ask for a refund nor a free gift - I merely left an honest review - and they still responded in kind with a free gift - again, I did not ask for reach out to them for this. It was a surprise package in the mail 3. The quality of the product is clearly there, its in my original review and Ill say it again. With this feedback, they will go back and revise the next generation of products

The pocket netting ripped in less than a month, all we put in it is chunky markers and crayons. nothing heavy

I had gotten the expensive Prince Lionheart kick pad from Buy Buy Baby and it was too small for my SUV seat. So I decided to try amazon and these are PERFECT! The material isn’t as thick as the Prince Lionheart brand but honestly I like it better! I also like how it had adjustable straps with a buckle clip closure. Other brands have Velcro and I’m afraid it would rub on my seat and ruin it. It also has a few small mesh pockets which are nice. If your look for something simple and cover your entire seat then I highly recommend this 2 pack! If you want more pockets for storage or for an iPad then don’t get this.

Keeps back of seats from wear from kids.

Easy to install, protects the back of the seat like expected and keeps toys within reach for my toddler to grab. My only complaint would be that the pocket sizes are not very wide. We can barely fit a couple small books in there. But it serves its purpose, we’ll just have to find smaller items to put in the pockets for our toddler. Another positive is that you don’t feel the straps from the front of the seat like everyone mentioned. If you install under the headrest and the fold of the seat where the seat and back meet, you won’t even notice it’s there.

This product is amazing. Very easy to install on my seats. I have a 2017 Chevrolet Trax LT and they fit perfectly. An Amazon driver almost caused me not to receive my product due to leaving it in the bushes at another apartment building but I found it after a day and was able to enjoy this amazing product.

These are awesome! They look nice and hold up very well even with daily use. They are easy to install and easy to clean. My first set lasted 2 1/2 years and then finally one of the straps broke. BUT they have a lifetime warranty so I contacted the company and they provided me with a replacement at no cost. 5 stars for a quality product and great customer service. I would definitely recommend these kick mats and this company to anyone shopping for this type of product.

This seat back cover was easy to install, but it wasnt durable at all. The top strap ripped off on the first long car ride we took after only 6 months. If I spent money on a shirt I would expect it to last longer than 6 months. The quality leaves something to be desired, I will not buy this again. Update: following my review I was refunded the full price, and today I found a new set of seat back covers had been delivered. That was surprising customer service! I didnt speak with anyone directly, but the problem was resolved.

As grandparents we occasionally transport grandchildren from place to place as all of our children are married and live in our general area. If you do this you know that they will often decide to use the back of the front seats as a kicking pad. Our seats are a light color! I looked at WeatherTech for protectors (I am very impressed with their products/design in general) but found they were just under $50/EACH which was just difficult to swallow. I found this company who sold a similar protector at just over $15 for two protectors. I ordered expecting possibly to be a little disappointed in overall quality but considering occasional use felt it was prudent to save the $$. When they arrived I was blown away with my impression of quality, utility and ease of use. These do not have as many pockets but there are a few which is probably more than Ill need anyway. I highly recommend this product and company. They are engaged with the buyer and responsive.
