This works perfectly for my toddler keeps him busy and it keeps his tablet on his lap. It’s got a nice protection for the tablet and it has a dry erase board. Also has pockets where you can put books and toys and markers. I love this product.

I loved these trays! I bought two for our 10-hour drive to the beach. It was perfect for my 5-year old: it was comfortable, flexible, sturdy and easy for her to take off when done (definitely needed help to put on and obviously it’s easier to do if you’re not hanging over the front passenger seat while going 80 mph in the mountains). She colored, ate meals and snacks with no spills, and even managed to set up half of a Barbie house and played for hours, all while it was comfortably strapped around her and I had confidence it wasn’t going anywhere. I reviewed based on the experience above because of the fact it is labeled for “kids”. It was more than ideal for her 5-point harness booster. It was less than ideal for my 2-year olds car seat— I’m sure I could have found a “toddler” tray, but she has to be just like her sister so everything has to match. My 2-year old liked it for a short time but it wasn’t a great height for her. She colored for a little bit but she couldn’t reach the side pockets or the cup holder (and the tray covered the cup holder on her actual seat). After strapping it around her a couple times on the first 10-hour drive, I decided on the way home to just buckle it around her harness- it was still safe since I hadn’t loosened the harness at all and with the typical 2-year old attention span, it never lasted long. Overall, this is a wonderful, sturdy, easy to use product. I actually see myself using it in the future when I have to work while we travel. We did not use the tablet attachment so I can’t speak to that; it seemed too small for our iPads with cases on them but I haven’t checked.

It works great to entertain the kids in the car, he can color and watch his favorite shows on his tablet at the same time! I definitely recommend!

I recently discovered these trays and I wish I had known about them years ago! Theyre the perfect size for my 6 and 7 year old and have enough room to hold their iPad, snacks, and drinks. The trays are incredibly easy to set up and even easier to wrap up and store in the car. Overall, Im really impressed with the convenience and practicality of these trays. If youre a parent on the go, I highly recommend giving them a try.

I bought these for my 5 and 6 year old for vacation. They were perfect for eating, drawing, coloring, workbooks and playing with small toys. My kids are good for dropping things and needing help getting it or something else. We didn’t have that issue once with these ‘lap desks’. My son loves playing with small plastic animals, figurines and action figures. This was very handy keeping those together and allowed him to play for hours. We leave them strapped to the front seats now and my kids use them whenever we are in the car over 10 minutes. They love them and the independence it gives them.

We purchased this for our 4 year old daughter for a long car ride and I very much like the design and sturdiness. Surprisingly, my daughter, who was really into the idea of having her coloring books for the ride never actually did use them! My only issue (as others have mentioned) is the lack of cushioning on the underside as she did complain about it bothering her lap. A small pad or beanbag would nicely do the job. We used a folding towel for the ride home and she did say that helped a lot, and she actually did use it for a while.

Its as sturdy as you could expect, it travels well, and I like the whiteboard surface. Its good quality, maybe a touch expensive but worth it to keep them entertained.

I have never written a review before, but felt this item was deserving of a 5 star review. We received the item in a very timely manner. The tray itself was not flimsy at all, it was firm but not too hard. Also, it sat level on my 7 yo lap, it didn’t lean forward or back, which I was concerned about when purchasing. The strap that goes around my child’s back held it in place perfectly. The drink and marker sized pockets that you can attach on top of the tray were even better than I expected. Completely versatile and good quality- you can move them around or remove them completely based on the activity. We did not use the iPad holder but my 7 yo enjoyed having it there anyway. We did remove it at one point so she could do an activity that needed more room on the tray. We also did not use the zippered pouch or the other pouches hanging down on either side of the tray but they were also good quality. The tray was great to color or do crafts on, eat and snack on, and rest her book on when she read. Most importantly, my child loved it as well.
