Item makes loud noise when in use and does not hold a charge (none). It has become less effective over time despite meticulous cleaning. Expectation was that it should last longer than it has. Not as effective as 20.00 item from Walmart. Now, the item cannot be returned. Perhaps I received defective products but dont risk your money at this price point when company does not stand behind its products.

Excellent product for the money

This product is very safe and so easy to use. Trimmer has a light, charge docking station and fits great in your hand. The nose trimmer can be plugged in and charged. Also included were 2 bottles -1 of refresher spray and 1 of toner. All came in a carry bag. Been very satisfied so far, no nicks or cuts !

Its a nice sturdy bag, the trimmer works well. Arrived on time, no damage. Worth it.

Great gift for those dads that keep up with grooming. Only annoying thing is this was sold together and every part was shipped separately causing the gift to be late. Of sold together should ship together.
