> 3 dayThe pad fit our cats bed perfectly. We covered the pad with a towel on the top side, but our cat can only stay on top of the pad for a short time and then has to get out and cool off. There is no temperature control and the pre-set temperature seems a little warm for our cat.

> 3 dayThe wires make the bed less comfortable.

> 3 dayKeeps a constant temperature and works well. Puppies really like it to help keep them warm when they are very young. Cord is well protected, but sometimes my mammas chew off the blue cover and ruin the pad. I do have heavy chewers however.

Greater than one weekI got this for my cat with arthritis in his hips. As advertised, this keeps a constant warm temperature. My cats arent keen on the feeling of the fabric cover, so I put in under a couple of layers of blanket and both of them love it. Sometimes I sit on it on the couch when its chilly, too. With the pad under me and a cat on my lap Im cozy warm!

Greater than one week**update** I spoke to the company and they sent out the new upgraded version and I couldn’t be happier they were amazingly wonderful to work with and eager to make things right. I’ve never had a company that went so far out of their way to be helpful to their customers. Taking this up to a 5 star! I purchased two of these specifically because i have one dog who is a chewer but needs the warmth. I thought this product would be perfect. However, within the first day of use she had chewed through the cord completely. Thankfully the circuit breaker tripped otherwise my dog would be dead! I’m very displeased with this. If you have a dog who chews do not buy this product buy the upgrade to this one.

> 3 dayI ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HEATING PAD !!! I found this abandoned newborn kitten all by itself while the weather had been horrible and non stop raining! I decided to take it in and buy him a heating pad to keep her warm since mom cat was no where to be seen. I’m glad I bought this honestly! It does not overheat and can be kept on for several hours with a perfect warm temperature for him. Now ever since, he stays warm and sleeps more comfortably! I would personally recommend putting a thin rag on top, I felt like doing that made the pad become more warmer. And realized without the rag it kept it not as warm. My guess is cause the kitten hardly produces heat so it makes the pad not as warm but with the blanket it stimulates more heat!

> 3 dayI bought this for an elderly shih-poo mix and he loves it. My younger dogs also gravitate to it and its roomy enough for a couple of toy breed dogs to enjoy together. The heat is even and the removable washable cover is a bonus. The joint where the thick chew-free cord meets the mat is substantial and looks like it will hold up to regular pet use. A must for cold floors but could also be used over a bed or under a towel. Ive had pets ruin standard human heating pads, and this is a much safer upgrade.

> 3 dayWe recently adopted a stray cat that the vet informed us is a pregnant teen. She is my husbands studio pet, so while the space is heated by a wood stove, it can get chilly overnight. With kittens on the way, I wanted to make sure her bed stayed warm. This pad keeps a constant temperature around 100 degrees and can be left on. I put it under a layer of blanket, and she seems very comfortable. No kittens yet, but I am hoping the extra heat will keep the nest at a good temperature for them.
