Good to set an iPad on for videos, recipes, etc but not necessarily working ON the iPad while mounted.

I got this tablet stand holder for my son so he doesn’t need to bend his neck for 3 hours when playing Nintendo games (weekend only :-). I was a bit worried that the hinges would be lose and not hold if he places the tablet but my thought was out of the window when I tested this stand. This stand is sturdy and very well made, can hold not only Nintendo but a tablet, any type of phone. I even tested Chromebook, it can hold it but I would not recommend using this stand for Chromebook. Great quality product for a reasonable price.

Desperately needed a proper stand so I could draw on my ipad without destroying my posture, and this was exactly what i needed! The angle at which the device is resting can be adjusted for about anything which is great, but i wish the height of the stand could be adjusted as well-- this isnt much of a hindrance though! Otherwise, this product is great for any artists with tablets they work on!! I also use this stand to cook and look at recipes, watch videos, and play some TFT! Very versatile, very happy with this purchase :)

I am pleased with the Maxonar iPad Stand Holder. I have an Apple iPad Air (10.9-inch) 4th Generation in a ZUGU CASE. The dock supports my iPad with the case very well. While working from home, I use two monitors, a laptop screen, and my iPad. Now I can see and use my iPad more easily and it occupies minimal space desk space while it is on the stand. The stand is adjustable, durable, weighted, and sturdy with non-slip pads to provide stability. The stand can hold my iPad in portrait or landscape at a range of different angles. My iPad remains in whatever position I adjust it to and does not wobble, fall backwards, or slide around on my desk even when typing on it. The stand makes my iPad look like a miniature monitor and provides the perfect angle.

It is not a big stand, which is a very good thing, but it is very strong and sturdy. It holds my iPad mini and my iPad pro easily, even with a case on them. It is very balanced and is exactly what I was looking for! Very strong, very balanced, very sturdy...what more could you want?

When I first took this stand out of the box, I was taken aback by how big it seemed. It is also quite heavy, but that makes it feel sturdy. I also found the design and color elegant and sleek. The stand makes any monitor look professional as well. If there is anything to criticize, is that the edges are sharp and I do worry that if I drop it on a hard floor or knock it on a bare table, it will scratch it. Fortunately, the base is wide enough to make the stand well-balanced. I was able to place a phone, iPad Pro, and even a portable 15.5” monitor with no wobble and the pivot remained right at the angle it was set. I like the height as it allows me to stash a wireless mini-keyboard underneath. The rubber backing and support are good enough to keep your bare device from scratches. I am very pleased with the overall quality and design of this stand. It is functional and looks great at a great price. I think Maxonar did a great job.

This tablet stand provides a very stable holder for a tablet. We have ours in a thick foam case and it fits nicely on the stand. No need to remove the case to put it on the stand. The articulating arm is handy to set the tablet in different positions. Very sturdy and handy.
