McAfee LiveSafe Ultimate Protection for Unlimited Devices [Activation Code Only]

Our printers will not work now even though they are hooked up. Very frustrating.

My current McAfee Livesafe will be expiring soon. For the price of this activation key i bought this activation key. But theres a problem with the 25 digit product key. The product key were rip off. The clear protection seal is slid opened. Luckily i got it to work. I use the barcode to install the software.

Product was found to be defective upon receipt. Returned.

Ive been using the product for several years, (and have used other Ncafee products for decades) and has mostly been okay UNTIL update 16.0 R27. With that update, Mcafee essentially locked me out of my file lock vaults. I encrypt all my important files, so this is as bad as a ransomware attack. When calling tech support they acknowledged the problem and were working on a fix. That was a week ago. Still no fix. No attempt or effort to provide workaround despite a community board post that at least one customer had found one. I ask for supervisor, and am told someone will call me back.....when? When they have a fix (cant make this stuff up). When I ask for ETA on fix, no estimate is provided. It is very sad to see a legendary brand like Mcafee fall to such low levels of customer support! A little bit of explanation - rather than platitudes - would go a long ways. Why did it happen? Why cant I just rollback to previous version? How can I trust my files will be safe when (if) the fix comes out if you cant even explain what is happening.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE! I will NOT purchase again. Received package timely, however; upon receipt noticed ‘tamper-proof’ seal peeled back with no attempt to reseal. Product updated okay using enclosed security code. Reinstalled with no problem. Third year buying product from Amazon, however; will be last. Price rose from $14 to $38. As an IT professional I have negotiated with McAfee for competitive pricing in past. It was sheer laziness that I did not do the same this year. My mistake.
