Greater than one weekI bought the pads to cover the area around my elderly cats litterbox and also used them today in his carrier when we went to the vet. They are very absorbent and leakproof. In the carrier, I used two pads so there would be a dry layer in case he had an accident in the car. He did have an accident, so I threw out the top pad and he had a dry carrier for the drive home. The urine did not leak into the carrier or into the car -- it was contained in the pad. There was some on his paws because he was sitting on the wet pad til we got to the vet, but he was mostly dry. I am really happy with this product and will buy it again.

> 3 dayAt first I thought there were too thin and not absorbent enough, but after using them for a couple of weeks with my dogs I have changed my mind. They work really well and don’t leak off the sides unless my dog pees right on the edge. Overall a good product for the price.
