Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Orange, Carry-On 20-Inch

Ive had this for several months and probably 20 flights, and its still working fine.

My dream suitcase -- compact, but holds a lot. Rolls well, and the semirigid sides protect whatever you pack inside.

Lightweight and holds a lot, especially with the expandable gusset unzipped. I easily packed a weeks worth of clothes and shoes and still had room to bring home some souvenirs. Rolls smoothly even when full.

Definitely not the color it appears to be online but I can look past it. It’s a great size and the wheels are smooth. The perfect carry-on luggage.

Carry-on works as intended. Wheels are quiet and smooth. Handle extends easily and zippers zip with no issue. Exterior of case is firm but light.

This only lasted about 5 trips before one of the wheels came off taking part of the bottom with it. Very cheap, not worth the money.

Do not buy, bad quality, bad warranty. I bought one of 20-inch and one of 28-inch, since I received a 28-inch was a bad one, amazon replaced my bad one and mail me other new one, half year past the 20-inch one broken too (bought two and two broken!). The company accepted my warranty request and acknowledged its their quality issue, but I have to pay another $20 for so called handing fee, which I dont know before. The ridiculous part is that a new 20-inch luggage can be bought on Amazon only for $35.40, and they still require you to pay $20 for their quality issue.

Love how light is, and the orange color, but I miss having outside pockets. I have had this suitcase for several years now. It has held up very well, although I dont think it rolls as well now as it did at first--I find it hard to push on all 4 wheels now, and it seems to me that was not a problem when I first got it. The biggest limitation is the lack of outside pockets, though. I have found myself numerous times at the gate or in the security line, having to lay the suitcase down and open the whole thing up to shove something extra in or pull something out. And if I dont pay attention, I open it from the bottom instead of the top, and things fall out. But I still love it for its light weight!

I received my luggage order approx a week later. I was more than delighted with it. The pictures on line did not do it justice. I am extremely delighted with my purchase!
