> 3 dayEvery Mellissa & Doug toy Ive purchased, or had handed down, has been of Very High Quality. Glad to know that we will get many years of use of them. They are the kinds of toys you put away and save and reuse next season. LOVE THEM.

> 3 dayI bought these for my then 13month old to take along for our beach vacation. These pails are colorful, and made out of durable, thick plastic unlike the other beach sets that are made out of cheap, flimsy, plastic. The nesting, stack-able set also provides for some education while having fun at the beach!

> 3 dayThese have held up well to heavy use by twin 4-year olds in sand and snow. Weve gone through a bunch cheap pails from the dollar store - these Melissa & Doug ones are definitely worth the price. The sizes are perfect, and the fact that only one has a handle works out well, not only for the kids play, but also for packing and transport.

Greater than one weekThese buckets are the best. The kids loved them specially the different designs that were on the top. Great quality plastic. Thicker plastic than what you normally find on sand buckets. These should last a while unlike the others that get thrown away when we get home from each trip.

> 3 dayThere are several reasons I like these buckets. The plastic is is thick and durable. When you squeeze them there is a little give, about 1/2, so there are not super rigid, nor flimsy. Each one is a pleasant color and there is a numerical number printed large on one side in a contrasting color. Opposite that number is the number spelled out and it is engraved in the plastic. I like this because the color is less likely to scrape off. On the bottom of each one is a mold. The #3 bucket has three turtles on the side, the number 3 spelled out and in numerical form and the bottom mold has 3 turtles to match. Each numbered bucket is like this, respectively. Even with the molds on the bottom, the buckets sit steady on a flat surface. I havent had a chance to try them out at the beach, but we use them to play with by making up games-ex:put the red car in the yellow bucket, how many are in the red bucket, etc. I am glad that they dont all have a handle because they would not nest all together as well as they do.
