Mentholatum Natural Ice Medicated Lip Protectant Sunscreen, 0.16 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I have been using this product for over 20 years and have found it the best to keep my lips from sunburn and is not so waxy that it melts of in a short period of time. When sailing and ocean racing we all use the same product. Nothing compare to the UVA out on the water so you must choose carefully. When you reapply it has not melted in your pocket like the grocery store products.

This is my go-to chapstick and I love it so much I buy in bulk each time. I love the mentholatum in this chapstick and it stays on more matte, compared to other chapsticks that might leave a shiny sheen.

I was in search of the mintiest, most refreshing lip balm. This isn’t it. It’s good though. All of the positive reviews don’t lie. It has real staying power and really protects. It feels good, but not crazy tingly. The flavor and smell is totally wintergreen. It’s not my favorite smell or taste, but it’s not so strong that it really bothers me. It seems to heal my chapped lips quickly. You do not need to reapply all day since it stays on so well. I recommend.

Its the best lip balm, but I also use it to soothe raw nostrils (from a cold), the occasional itchy spot on my face (dry skin), and a couple small scars (foot surgery). Its a versatile, practical balm I keep in my pocket and another in my purse.

I grew up hating any kind of chap stick because it always just felt like I was gooping them up with stuff that didnt really make any difference. That was until I tried this stuff. It actually felt like it was doing something for me instead of just covering up a problem. I dont feel like I need to reapply every hour for the rest of my life because my lips actually feel better afterward. Like they are healing or something. I dont know if it actually helps or if its all psychological, but Ive tried many different balms and this is the only one Ive ever noticed enough to want to use again. It was once available in stores all around me, but I cant find it as much lately so I resort to buying online. This particular purchase was great because I could buy in bulk and bring the price down a little.

Honestly I think this is the best lip balm on the market. Pleasantly minty when applied, no flavor that you end up licking off, and unlike some other brands that when you use them you feel like you have to keep using them or your lips get more chapped, does the job so you dont have to use it all day every day. Ive converted a lot of people to this brand.

Okay to use

This is one lip protectant with built in sunscreen. I rode a motorcycle for years and to not have the sunscreen was problematical. This one is very nice and Ive been using it for close to twenty years. As a P.S. The company that makes it has cut corners and you get about five to eight percent less in each one than you did several years ago. Since it is the best Ive found, and less expensive on Amazon, I still purchase them.

Been using this for years but cant find it in the stores any more. I like it because its not sticky and doesnt cake up on the lips like some lip balm do.

Protection quality is great as a lip balm moisturizer with menthol.
