I have been using Metamucil to keep me regular for years now and it works for me, I will continue to use it.

Mans greatest invention. The BMs have been silky smooth, causing no pain or irritation to the hemorrhoids that hang to my ankles. A lifesaver.

Its sugar free fiber and its comparatively cheap. If I was a more balanced guy, I wouldnt need to add artificial fiber, but, it is what it is and this works cheaply.

Does the job.

Good price and good flavor

The Metamucil product is a good product and I highly recommend it. The image and posting is misleading in that the recommended dosage is 1 Tablespoon and these bottles advertise 114 Teaspoon doses. You have to read the fine print to determine that this includes two 23.3 ounce bottles for a total of 46.6 oz. The implication is that there are two 114 tablespoons dose bottles. Not so.

Works great as an appetite suppressant. Works great at keeping one regular.
