In my old heater block I had stripped the screws so I orrded this one since I saw it has stainless steel screws but I was dissapointed to find that it comes with the same cheap screws. Besides that it works well though.

Its a direct replacement for the Microswiss unit but be mindful that the threads for both the nozzle and the heater rod can strip really easily. Thats actually why I needed to replace it, the threads of the nozzle stripped out and it was ruined.

I didnt realize this does not have holes for the two bolts that stabilize the block on the Ender 3 V2. Now I may have to hold the block while changing nozzles, which will be tricky with the v2 fan shroud. I may have to send this back.

Am sure this heater block will work just fine, I have never had any issues with Micro Swiss products. I dont like packages, that have been cut open. You never know what has been taken out or put into it.

Broke a nozzle off in my old heater block. This was an extract fit for the Ender 3 kit. Fits perfect and works just as well as the old one

How do you attach it to the heat sink without the two holes? The two holes used to attach to the heat sink are missing. I thought it would work by pressing it in firmly, but it came out on the first try. I liked the looks of it when I ordered and I ordered three. Am I going to have to return all of them?

This hot end is my favorite. It was one of the first things I replaced on my Ender 3 pro and it has served me well for several years. I’ve had no issues with print quality with this hotend and it feels very well built. I recently had an accident that caused the threads to be stripped in my old heater block but it was a simple fix with this replacement part.
