> 3 dayIf you have people in your home who are averse to using apps to turn on/off lights (or whatever), then make sure it is easy to reach the button . . . I am still trying to train them . . . not the buttons; they are great!

> 3 dayI have been troubleshooting since last night trying to connect these 2 smart plugs to my internet. I downloaded the app and have followed the instructions to a t. I’ve reset my router, I’ve reset each switch, I’ve made sure I’m connected to 2.5g and still fail every time. Getting really frustrated and will probably return.

> 3 dayPreviously, I had purchased a set of 4 of these plugs and needed more so I bought this set of 2. With the previous 4, because my 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz networks have the same SSID, I had to disable the 5 GHz network to set up the plugs. For some reason, I didnt have to do that this time. Setup was very easy. I was able to use my existing Gosund app to add it to my wi-fi network. Then, I set up routines in Alexa to turn it on at Sunset, and off at a fixed time. I also tested voice control with Alexa and it worked as expected to turn the switch on and off via voice command. These Wi-Fi plugs are a great value, and I highly recommend them.
