A little difficult to install but love the lever arm to raise and the colour

Very good quality product. We installed this on the side of our bathroom cabinet and it is solid. It came with a template with hole markings, so installation was pretty easy. I love the brushed nickel look that matches my other fixtures, and how easy it is to change the paper. Only con, would be that the screws that come with it are easy to strip, if you dont use the proper sized scew driver. Also, if I was to mount this in drywall, I would use my own better quality anchors.

Looks nice and works well in one of our bathrooms. Unfortunately, we have a toddler. From said child repeatedly yanking on the pivoting bar and spinning it around, the arm became very loose so that it would get knocked out of alignment whenever we tried to unroll some toilet paper, causing the roll to fall on the floor. Just a heads up.

I find all Moen instructions and templates make install easy. This is easy to use and looks great!

I’ve installed a few of these in my home. This one is my favorite, it’s easy to install and easy to install toilet paper roll.

Great quality, I wish they could engineer away to install without holes for those of us living in apartments
