*problem solved* Edit: so customer service has reached out and helped me solve the problem by sending me a new fan controller! And they are giving me a partial refund for the inconvenience. Definitely easy to work with and very happy they reached out! So the case was a great price, relatively easy to setup for the components I choose, and up to this point has been fairly nice to have. Until now.... My Fan Controller Hub seems to have suddenly for no reason failed. I havent moved the machine, no lost power outages, surges anything (not too mention its connected to a very high end surge protector)... Suddenly all of my fans connected to the controller will no longer light up. Luckily they still work when plugged into the MOBO directly and still spin so my case is cool. However the fan controller hub failed after very moderate use and only 4 months.

I have built many systems in my days so very familiar with cases I like this case but a lot of the claims by the manufacturers are stretched truths , for instance if you are adding a radiator to the top instead of the fans the radiator will need to be pushed down hard against the ATX power plug to the MB , SSD beside the MB is not doable with a full ATX board , the PS mount is upside down. if you move the upper fans to the lower section no screws are provided you will need 8 #6-32 screws. the PS filter falls out easily so make sure it stays in place as you move the case around, vertical mount of GPU is impossible . This would’ve been a great computer case but one of the fans came faulty and super loud. The fan ended up breaking. Other than that one fan, the case is fairly decent.

The case is NOT airflow friendly. Using a Ryzen 7 7700x with a sapphire nitro+ 6900 XT. Whether you might the GPU traditionally/vertically. Vertical mounting puts the fans a MM or two from the glass straining the fans or horizontally theres no air flow from the bottom. It is constantly causing the GPU to struggle to cool. I have 3 fans intake on front AIO exhausting in push config on top 1 exhausting on the rear and even have 2 zip tied pulling from the bottom into the face of the GPU and it struggles to cool. I would not recommend the use of this case to anyone expecting a performance case. It is pretty however...

The case itself is not bad. It definitely is no luxury case but it definitely will hold your computer. Well I feel that it’s a little bit small but then again, I do like larger computer cases. The material is decent quality and as far as I can tell the the case is quite durable. The real stars of this though what’s the customer service? I originally had a very poor review. They reached out to me and we’re willing to send a different case when my original one had issues the case is about an 8 out of 10 but the customer service is a 10 out of 10

This case is just amazing especially for the price. i looked and looked for a case for the computer i was building this was basically the only case i could find with 6 rgb fans preinstalled and compartments for my hhds and ssds and then the price was just amazing. Then you add i built my computer from scratch and this case came with every single screw I needed and more plus velcro straps and ties for the cables. I couldnt recommend it more. Plus i have a 7900 xt hellhound and it fit perfect.
