MVP Disc Sports Black Hole Pro HD 24-Chain Portable Disc Golf Basket Target

Ive bought a few portable baskets, and this one takes the cake for a heavy duty build! it catches just like the Black Hole Pro, or maybe better. Easily Portable and Easy to Assembly!

After 6 months of weather it still looks brand new!

It catches perfect, just like the real thing and is a breeze to assemble and take apart. It is made very well. Ive practiced with it everyday since i got it and every day i set it up and tear it down because its that easy. I got the sold separately hd transit bag for when I take it elsewhere besides the back yard and its a 5 star combination. Its absolutely perfect and will last forever.

2nd one purchased....box was obviously dropped very hard, as a result the top ring was slightly bent. Ill deal with it as its not worth the hassle of replacing. This item will be around for a long time, I am making a course for family and friends to enjoy...looks like Ill have to search elsewhere for the other holes/baskets. Its a shame...first one was great!

Good basket. One flaw: the way they weld a bolt/nut to each side of the matching tube steel sections, they leave like 1/2 of unsupported space, which means the only thing the top piece is resting on is the outside perimeter of the tube steel. Over time, rocking back and forth, that steel will start to rub and then buckle over/under itself. I solve this by putting a bunch of 12 washers on either side of the connection point to give both sides a level surface to sit on. This additional support is better, but without the washers being welded in it still wants to work itself loose. This is a design flaw that I reported to MVP. Well see how long it takes them to fix it. As of this writing, Ive had the product for about two years, and havent seen any product improvements announced from them.

Double boxed so everything arrived in great condition. NOTE: outer box does indicate whats inside if you are giving as a gift. Super easy to assemble. Pole screws into bottom base. Then put midsection on and screw another pole to the existing pole. Slip top ring with chains over the pole and screw top cap to keep it all together. Havent been able to test it out yet as its winter here, but it seems very sturdy and professional looking in our living room! If I have any negative comments at that time, I will be sure to update! Im keeping the boxes in case I want to disassemble and transport to different locations!

This basket is well made and solid, i have improved my putting tremendously from having the basket set-up in the backyard all year round and it shows very little signs of weathering in the tropical coastal Alabama weather going on 4 years. i have no doubt when that times comes all itll take is a little spot sanding and some touch up paint to enjoy for many more years to come. Its a honest basket that catches well and sturdy enough that ive never had it tip over and never needed to stake it down with throw ins from a 100ft plus. If your on the fence like i was dont be, its a great investment and your putting game will thank you! Ill be adding another one in the near future to play back to when retrieving disc
