> 3 dayI had such a bizarre experience with this product. I bought them to find my well cover in my yard, and for entertainment too. It was an Amazon Prime Choice and I felt, after looking through 20 other offers on the site, this product had things that I liked - pure copper, brass handles, and free-floating rods. I looked forward to getting them two days after I ordered, then I received an email (Your package is on the way but running late. We’re sorry for the delay. Now expected January 18 - January 19. Track your delivery for the latest updates.) - I took inclement weather into account and remained optimistic. Then I reviewed my orders on the site and read, Was expected by January 21 Delivery rescheduled. Thats when I called customer service, and they informed me the tracking labels were changed and were unable to track the new information. I didnt cancel and reorder figuring it would arrive eventually. They did about three days later, and I never received a delivery confirmation, I still havent to this day. Upon use, one rod was slightly bent, but easy to gently straighten. For the first week. They were all over the place, spreading for a yes, crossing for a yes. When pointed directly at a water source getting inaccurate results. A week ago, the brass handles surprised me. A lacquer coating began to peel then the handles pitted. They cant even identify me when I ask, Is my name ______? I get no. My plan is to keep them and order from another company and compare, but I would not order from this company again. Further Ive watched tons of videos on using dowsing rods and I completely understand the usage, so I cant say its me.
