I buy these vitamins because I buy any vitamins I need from this company. They have a seal that tells me that the vitamins were tested by an independent lab.

I bought this product after learning that vitamin B-6 can help with PMS acne. Once I started taking the product my acne began to get worse. I took it for a couple of weeks and it continued to get worse. After more research, I found that 100mg is way too much. Scientific research shows that pms acne can be benefited by supplementing with 25mg. More than 50mg a day showed negative results. I will be trying B-6 again in smaller doses.
