> 3 dayJust bought these when my old tablets ran out. These are MUCH better than the chalky white tablets. They do not break up and form white dust everywhere. These are really tiny and very easy to swallow with no taste whatsoever.

> 3 dayIve been using Nature Mades vitamin D3 for years and it has been very effective at getting my blood level of vitamin D into the normal range. Its a very good product. The issue is that the gel capsules melt together and solidify into a rubbery brick if the bottle is exposed to heat. When I ordered a bottle of these vitamins in March, everything was fine. They arrived in good condition. But, when I ordered them again in September they arrived melted and completely useless and smelling very bad. I dont know when the heat exposure occurred...if it was because the package sat in the sun on my stoop for about an hour, or if it was from improper storage before shipping. The rancid and decomposing smell makes me think it happened before shipping. I would highly recommend this product under normal circumstances, but be very wary of ordering them during the hot months. They are not eligible for return, but you can contact customer service to get a refund. Which is what I did for the second bottle with the melted & smelly conglomeration inside.

> 3 dayI had looked in every pharmacy for the 2000 mg pills, including Costco, & was never able to find any. Yes, I could have gotten the 1000 mg & taken 2, but that idea didnt appeal to me. I ordered these & they were delivered the next day...theyre very small, & like a gel cap so also very easy to swallow...& the price was excellent. When I run out, Ill order them again!

> 3 dayI take Dr. Zelenkos recommended vitamins nearly every day to keep immune system strong. Vitamin D3 is an essential ingredient, along with Zinc, Vitamin C, and Quercetin.

> 3 dayThese Softgels are very small and easy to swallow. The potency is good, and the Softgels remain fresh and firm when stored on a cool, dry shelf in the kitchen (and not near a toaster oven, stove, or microwave). I find the price to be very reasonable for a large bottle of 250 Softgels - because each Softgel contains a dose of 2000 IU (50 mcg) of Vitamin D3. That is the daily dose my doctor recommended - so I only need to take one Softgel per day. That means the bottle I purchased will last me 250 days, which is more than two-thirds of a year!

> 3 dayThis is a solid and reputable brand from the several dozen I researched. Vitamin D is one of humanity’s most deficient nutrients known. People who get inadequate sunlight such as myself require supplementation. This is a good way to get it. Note that I also use a multivitamin and get somewhere around 4000-5000 IU/day, but this product is probably the more efficient method for obtaining vitamin D specifically. You could take 2x the recommended dosage of this very safely. The upper limit is somewhere around 10000 IU/day. So if it’s a concern of greater deficiency then 3-5x the dosage can be used. Note that blood tests are the only way to be certain for vitamin deficiencies. If you are concerned at all, get a vitamin panel done at the doctors! They’re a little pricey, but nutrient deficiency is a severely hindering condition, and can manifest itself even in smaller deficiencies.
