Greater than one weekI have been using this protein powder as part of my vegan diet (note it does have beeswax if that is an issue for you) for many years. I very much like this protein powder. I have tried many vegan protein powders over the years, and spirutein is my favorite. It isnt chalky or odd tasting. I just blend it with some soy milk and fruit and it make a great recovery drink after a run or is just a good way to boost your protein intake for the day. The bulk size is convenient, and I watch out for sales on this size. Amazon started carrying the large size, which has made it easier to get.

> 3 daySeriously obsessed with this powder. Drink it everyday and add it to my soy or almond milk. Another great shake is using this, plus milk of your choice, plus a little Coldbrew coffee, and you have yourself a mocha!

> 3 daySeriously, whatever they put in this powder should be a controlled substance because of how addictive this shake is! Seriously, Ive tried dozens of protein shakes and even if I initially like it, I grow sick of them after a couple days/a week. Every single shake Ive tried until this brand has been too sweet. Sickly sweet that makes me hate it and my tastebuds cringe. I wake up craving Spiruteen, and one shake fills me up for half the day, sometimes even through lunch! I dont feel bloated or overly full - I just feel satisfied and energized. I love this stuff so much I should probably go to rehab.
