The outside feels like fabric. The inside is water resistant not waterproof, therefore I hung it with a clear liner. Great value!!

I would give this 5 Stars because it’s absolutely GORGEOUS .. However, the curtain is only 69 inches long .. Not 72 as described. We live in the Bahamas so it’s too hard to return .. had to order another that is longer

Really nice. Made very well. It’s a synthetic material but feels more like cloth, definitely better than the cheap plastic ones. We have a waterproof one inside of this but that’s just so this one can be outside the tub. It looks much nicer that way. Definitely much better quality than I expected for the price.
