I am a DMV drive test Examiner so I am outside most of the day. On hot days, with long hair, I would get sweaty and hot! I needed something to help cool me off but isnt too expensive. This MSEVC neck fan worked like a charm on all fronts! I love the fact that it combats the heat from several angles, especially the back of my neck where my hair covers... it lasts all day, has 3 different speeds and is quiet enough to not distract my drivers or me during my tests. After sifting through all different types of neck fans I am so glad I landed on this one, no regrets at all on this purchase and I would buy again. The only real downside I wish could be different is somehow make it heavier on the front of it so it doesnt slide back but that doesnt really bother me all that much. Still a great product.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the strength, style and longevity of the MSEVC Neck Fan! It worked immediately right out the box, and I was BLOWN AWAY (pun intended)- by the fan quality just on the first level. The fan just blows even stronger air with each level, but still relatively quiet! It’s also very stylish and looks good around the neck (which is also adjustable). DON’T hesitate- BUY this neck fan. It’s DEFINITELY a MIST right now- especially for these spring & summer months!

I have been using this fan for about a month at this point and I have to say it works really well, the option to toggle 2 of the fans off is great for when you just want a nice breeze to help you stay cool and it lasts almost my full work day which is 10 hours. A nifty thing about it is that you can if you have a portable charger, charge it while you work though I wouldnt recommend this as it tends to cause it to warm up at the point where the charger cable connects when you do. The only real downside about this is that it can get loud if you have it on the highest setting but considering it is running 4 fans when you do that its not really a big surprise, I have used it a few times outside at full power but never for more than an hour or so, it still had power at that point but I think 2-3 hours would be its max on the highest settings. I will say that if you turn your head from side to side alot it will cause it to slide around on your neck so keep that in mind as you will probably have to adjust it from time to time. All in all though for the price this is a great fan and I have been thankful to have it for the times when the ac at work stops functioning or when I have to mow and clean the yard.

I only returned it because it was a bit too big for my small 5’1, 130 lb frame, didn’t feel comfortable on my neck/shoulders. But it came charged, was good quality and I did like that it stretched out easily.

I am enjoying the MSEVC neck fan. It has been hot and humid in Hawaii, so for a quick cool down I slip on the neck fan. I like the different speeds. Can’t wait to take it on our vacation to Maui as I sit lounging around the pool staying cool in the hot Hawaiian sun.

I bought this item because we were having an event outside and the temps were near 100. The item worked great, however, when it got really got, it only blew hot air and didnt cool anything off, but when I was finally able to go inside, the air cooled down and it helped to cool me off faster.

Took a family trip to Disney-- this neck fan was perfect! It has quite a bit of power to be lightweight. We used it all day at the park and would re-charge at night. The battery lasted all day. Would recommend!

I like this neck fan because it is light weight and very easy to use. It has air that comes out all the way around the neck, so it helps keep you cooler than the fans that only blow air from the front. It has a charging port that is easy to just plug in and it charges pretty fast. The charge lasts several hours running the fan on the high setting. This neck fan is well worth the price and I will definitely be purchasing a second one for my husband.

I love this new style of neck fan for work (Im a chef) and gardening during the summer. It keeps me sane. Even though it blows hot air at times, it still keeps you cooler. Ive tried the exposed blade style, but my hair gets caught in it, and its too flexible when it warms up. This fan has 4 fans so I thought it would be stronger than the other 2 fan varieties, since I have another brand as well, but the airflow is mostly the same. I got it because the battery was strong. I wore it on the medium setting all day in the garden without it running out. My only complaint is that it is too flexible and you have to constantly readjust it. Still worth it.

Ive tried three other neck coolers and I can say this one does seem to blow cool air and is sturdier than the others I purchased. My only complaint is that I wear dangly ear rings and they get caught in the fan. Until someone creates one that wont eat my earrings Ill stick with this one.
