I have vasovagal syncope (a condition that causes dizziness) and its triggered when Im too hot or too tired. This fan works great and Ive had lots of compliments. This is a great portable neck fan. Comfortable around the neck and easy to use. It fit small, medium and large necks. It has 3 speed settings (conveniently located) that are very different in the volume of air they push, and they do an excellent job pushing air. It comes with a USB cable to recharge so it won’t require constant battery maintenance/replacement. It’s a nice looking personal fan that works great. Well worth the price. I highly recommend it.

Great for any outdoor event when its getting warmer outside especially where I live in the Valley. We have HOT summers!! This worked well it was quiet and kept my face fresh during the warm days.

This is a relatively new product category made possible by the availability of inexpensive li-on batteries. There are multiple sellers selling the same M5 Neck Fan by Natural Wind in various colors. This product is effective at making you feel cooler when it is hot outside (or in). It is light enough to not be uncomfortable to wear for an extended period. Fans are noisy. All fans are. Because this fan sits around your neck close to your ears (about 4 inches), the sound perception is greater than if it was sitting 6 feet away. I measured 54 dB on low, 63 dB on medium, and 69 dB on high. If you are sitting on your balcony, having a cigar and watching The Five while wearing this, you will need to increase the TV volume to compensate. Nothing crazy, but that much sound that close to your ears will definitely impact your ability to hear other sounds around you. That will be true with every product in this category, and it is not a level that will in any way damage your hearing.

This is one of those products that seems unforgivably dorky, but is totally worth any flack youll get. I appreciate that the design resembles a fairly sleek pair of bluetooth headphones. It lays comfortably around your neck, and the 3 speed fan is quite effective for that instant relief when youre feeling overheated. I imagine it would be great to wear at the gym and for women like my mom who are often suffering from hot flashes when everyone else is comfortable with the temperature.

Pros: Its purple :) Does not suck in my long flowing locks Does a great job cooling off my neck, head, and my large dangling earlobes. Charges fast, holds a charge for a long time in between uses. Doubles as a white noise machine on medium or high. Cons: Not as flexible in the band as some others. Battery life on a fresh full charge not as long as some others. With all the people wearing full sized headphones around all the time, a lot of people will just assume these are headphones, unless they are on high setting or they are really close to you. Try to pair with some shade to really help the affect. A nice light wide brim hat does wonders paired with one of these.

This neck fan is awesome! And the vibrant colors are a real bonus! I walk almost everyday and I get pretty hot even in the cold weather. This fan really works well, it cools me down so quickly and the battery life last a couple of days without recharging. I should be a spokesperson for this company because I’ve demonstrated it for so many people who’ve actually bought one and loves it!

this fan moves a lot of air and has different speeds . I have not had a chance to try them in the heat yet since it has been cold . I think they will be appreciated if you need a portable fan

Im out in my vegetable garden all summers. I do have a similar neck fan so, when one needs charged I use the other. My preference is this one. It doesnt suck my hair into a return blow hole. Theres time Im really sweaty and hot that I feel dizzy and this fan prevents that from happening.
