Nero Standard 2018

Easy to learn and use...

I bought this software because my Windows media player was giving me a problem and I could not figure out how to fix it. This solved my problem and I am thinking about upgrading. I do recordings for my church and I needed something to help with transferring audio for one source to another. This helped with that.

Love this for editing my home movies.

THIS IS JUST A (PAID FOR) TRIAL VERSION. I paid money for something that had an expiration date. Now they want me to upgrade for a lot more money. Dont buy it. You can get trial versions of other software for free.

Cannot install my software because I need the activation code that the website says was supposed to be enclosed in the box. It wasn’t there. Please assist.

Very disappointing compared to previous versions of Nero this version is bare bones and not very intuitive. In version 7 it took 34 minutes to recode a movie to MPEG. In this version, 4 hours. Go figure. And Nero movie viewer still doesnt work in Win 10. Sorry I bought it.

You will need to upgrade to Premium if you want to do anything worth while which I will probably have to do or find another software. Very disappointed.

Without Nero, making a non-PC playable video/slide show is nuts. I tried everything but read online that Nero is still the best, and yes I agree. Trying to burn a DVD should not be this hard, but somehow only Nero would work for my PC.

I purchased the 2017 version. I have used the old version of Nero Express for years. The new version, I havent found out how to finalize a RW disk that is very easy to do with the old version. (I record my radio show on the recorder at the radio station and at 1 am in the morning dont want to spend the time to finalize at that time in the morning which I could do because we automate before I leave. If I had an earlier shift, the next host would be using the recorder)
