> 3 dayI bought this for an older cat. He started using it right away. Climbing up and down the stairs was easier for his joints. I have moved the stairs a number of times from room to room and it is built very sturdy. Very happy with the product.

Greater than one weekThe dogs took to using the stairs the second I unboxed them. Only minor gripe is the legs are a little rough and possibly splinter prone, but hand sanding will only take a few moments to smooth them out. All-in-all a good purchase.

> 3 dayLove these steps. They are a little heavy if you have to move them around, but worth it. I use them for my old dog to get in the car. She walks right up. The outside cats sleep on the steps. Well made and arrived assembled.

> 3 dayI LOVED that they arrived fully assembled! Big points for that. They are very sturdy and nice looking. I now have two sets and my cats love them.

> 3 dayNo assembly required. Very sturdy, well built steps. They dont move or slide at all on my wood floor when my dogs use it. I have a miniature, long haired dachshund that mainly uses it (hes about 11lbs) but I have an ageing Boston Terrier/Beagle mix (~18 lbs, I call her Phatty McPhatty), that is using it more and more (she normally jumps up and down but Im trying to get her to use the stairs). I think others have said it but the only improvement I could see making would be to make the steps deeper/stick out farther, the dogs seem to have to pay more attention to the steps. I previously had these flimsy, plastic steps, that I used for years. They worked but constantly had problems with them sliding on the floor (I put anti-skid things under them but then my dachshund would think they were toys so Id find them all over the house). So overall, a much better product.

> 3 dayThese stairs are the best that I have found for my aging dog. They are sturdy, close to the size of real stairs, and he feels safe on them, so he actually uses them. I have tried others and ended up just giving them away. I rated 4 stars instead of five because the ones I received are completely covered in carpet, whereas the picture when I bought them showed the posts all as exposed wood. I like to know what I will be getting before I order it.

Greater than one weekLove these stairs and Im glad we got the 3 step model - if I looked correctly the measurements for the 3 step and 4 step are the same so that would mean the 4 step is probably smaller steps and more steep climb up and down - I like this 3 step model and I may order one more for the bedroom

> 3 dayMy daughters short legged, cat couldnt make the jump to the bed anymore. We tried some other things, like a simple step stool. But, this was the perfect solution. Its well constructed. We had a brief break-in period, where carpet fibers needed to be swept up. But, that was minimal. We use the steps as a feeding platform as well as access to the bed. The steps are nearly the perfect height for this older cat, that struggles to make short leaps. This truly improves her mobility and helps to provide her with the quality of life that we want her to enjoy.. We couldnt be happier.

> 3 dayI bought the stairs so my large cat could ascend to my bed (currently she is too fluffy to make the jump). She has never used it for this purpose, but instead jumps to the top step and sleeps there. Whatever...Im happy that its valuable to her! Its very sturdy and well-constructed, and the shipping time was extremely reasonable...a win/win in my book!
