> 3 dayMy string lights are on a timer and turn on at 6PM and off at 10PM. Occasional use in the morning. I have resorted to using a Sharpie marker to put a date on the bulb when it is replaced. Ill be tracking the life of the bulb to verify just how long they last to prove my hunch.

> 3 dayI bought them because the incandescent ones I had kept going out, they look great, they use less energy, and I havent had one fail yet. I use them every night for about six hours on a timer. Now Ive replaced 18 of the incandescents and Im ordering another box.

> 3 dayThese work great and use WAY less power than the incandescent versions. The 2 watt bulbs are brighter than the 11W incandescent bulbs, so just be aware. If you want the same lumens, Id get the 1W bulbs. I love these though!

Greater than one weekthe bulbs burn out faster than i antisipated. Bought a string a year ago and several are burned out. 6 or 7 to date. Pretty costly when you factor that into the string itself.
