I bought this for my pet rat and she LOVES it. She chews holes in it but rats will be rats, will definitely purchase again!

My rat Penelope loves to chew! So of course the hammock itself is in ribbons but to this day it holds firm and Ive never had too much difficulty with washing it. You DO have to remove the hooks though before tossing it into the washing machine, they fall off the rings and get stuck in the machine.

My ferrets love this hammock so much I got another one! Its big enough to hold both my big boy and his older (though smaller) sister. Easy to wash, I turn it inside out, tucking in the straps with the clips and put it in a garment bag so the clips dont bang around the washer too much.

Our rat, Rosemary, loves this hammock and the ability to nest under the top layer of fabric. This is her preferred lounge and sleep spot.
