> 24 hourThese actually spin up a little higher than other noctua fans. I think they go to 1700/ 1800 rpm. This does make them a tiny bit louder at full speed but this can be fixed with a nice PWM curve setup in your motherboard or fan controller software if you prefer.

> 24 hourThe fan is nearly inaudible. I replaced the cooling fan on an older OTC 600w power supply on my computer. So far the power supply has not had any cooling issues with this fan. You really cant hear this fan unless you turn everything else off. In my case the case fans were much louder. Great product that lives up to its hype.

> 24 hourThe low profile decent makes any system look aesthetically pleasing especially compared to a larger profile cooler. Better than stock Intel coolers but not as effective as a larger budget cooler. Ultra quiet!

> 24 hourI needed a slimmer fan for my PC case to mount my Corsair H60 Properly into my case. This Noctua made it so I could properly mount my radiator and my thicker Corsair fan. Im very glad I purchased this fan. It is very well made and its very quiet as well. I would buy more Noctua products in the future. They were one of the only companies that sold a low-profile fan, and even though they have a premium price their fans are definitely very nice. The brown color scheme might be off-putting to some, but my case has a dark-frosted acrylic side, so I cant see the color too much, so Im not bothered by this at all.
