Used in both my 1997 Miata and 2002 Tacoma, to improve stereo sound. It worked like a charm and it was VERY easy to install!

It you want 80 mil, you have to double layer it.

All weekend installing these mats on my single cab truck. Header, firewall, doors, bottom and back of cab. Went on easy. Smells kind of funny out of the box, but so far happy with the install and I cant smell it in the cab. Looks great. Ordered two 36 sqft boxes of it. Trucks complete with little to spare. Thanks! Hate to put the door panels back on

Awesome! No smell. Tacky as hell and will make your fingers bleed! Wear gloves. No point in spending double on dynamat. Great product

I used this material to line the trunk and rear seat section of my classic convertible. I was more interested in reducing a nasty harmonic from the rather loud exhaust system than I was in making my audio system function better, but its the same idea. Lining the trunk floor and walls and the divider panel behind the back seat and floor area reduced the harmonic to the point where the car is now livable to drive with the top up for at least a couple of hours vs 20 minutes to a splitting headache before. It sticks like crazy and has a corrugated surface that lets you know when it has been rolled on properly. Do wear work gloves when using it. I took mine off sometime during my first use of this and ended up with many tiny slices like paper cuts on several fingers. So dont be like me and leave them on!

I bought one box to do the interior of my TJ. It’s lifted with aggressive tires and the exhaust dumps under the cab, so the noise was pretty bad on the freeway. You had to yell to have a conversation. Phone conversations were out of the question One box did about 90%-95% of the interior. Got the entire floor done, and about 70% of the rear wheel tubs. Afterwards it’s a huge improvement. You can have a normal conversation, my kids don’t complain, and the exhaust no longer resonates in the can. $65 very well spent. If I bought another box I would finish the tubs, get up on the firewall some more, And get the interior of the doors. I’m happy for now.

Ease of install and noise cancellation. It is addictive I had to stop before my car door hinges gave out Ha But really it improves quality. Good instructions and tips for install. Cuts easy. goes on easy. works great.

Husband uses this in his auto restoration. This has excellent sound dampening quality.
