It is hard to install. When I typed the 25 product key, my pc turn to a strange page, then I received a call right away. It told me, to help fix my problem, I need to pay $144.99. If someone read what I am writing, please let me know if it is right. I paid $120(-$24.99 on Amazon)

What can I say, been using Norton Products since Pete was the programmer. Have it on 4 of my systems, had only one virus in my life (zero-day 5 years ago). Unobtrusive. I spend over 8 hours a day on internet and for my money nothing works better. Just wish they would scrap the process of auto-renewal unless you contact them to cancel, but never had a problem getting them to cancel. Just a pain.

I have been using Norton for close to 15 years (exclusively). I have never gotten a virus on my computer or been hacked. It has always worked for me (using Windows OS). Installation is very easy (log into the account online and download). One thing. I buy the code (hard copy and not a download) directly from Amazon. I do not use automatic renewal as Nortons prices are ridiculous many times (I turn off the auto-renewal function in my Norton account). Around Black Friday, I got a 12-month subscription for 5 computers for $15. That is a very good deal. Even $19 to $24 is a good deal.

Not to much trouble installing on the first computer, but the second one never could get it to download. Never have a problem with the CD disc. But they save money by making you download it. And couldnt care less after they have your money. With all the unresolved problems with norton anymore Im switching to a different company.

Just paid money for this and feel stupid. yesterday I could go to my site and do business, after install ,,all i see is a bunch of wanabees pretending to be my site. I should have known Norton did not change. trying to use it, my computer is crashing left and right . to get support had to fill out all kinds of forms and I got this;;;;;; Service Unavailable - Zero size object The server is temporarily unable to service your request. I know amazon will probably sensor this but norton tech support is horrible, they just push you thru written directions, impossible chat let alone talk to someone, which is weird they ask for your phone #, they probably sell that. I bought the Norton software because I have used it in the past and had not incurred any problems. When I attempted to load the software a screen popped up that I could not by pass requiring me to input my credit card for renewal. I paid for the software and had to call the help to be able to software I had already purchased. This is ridicules. Choosing to renew software should be an option not a requirement.
