> 24 hourI like that the my desktop is protected from bad things I might choose to download, but also from attacks that might try to follow my internet connections back to my computer. The Secure VPN allows me to browse anonymously. What I dont like is that the Secure VPN connection is not made during the start up procedure. Tech support promised that that feature is in the works.

> 24 hourHave been their customer for years & renew annually - works as advertised, their UI has been getting easier to use & more customer friendly over the years + the settings customization pages are more user friedly. The firewall & anti-virus features are 100% reliable. The pwd manager is very useful. Have not heard good reviews about their secure vpn (very slow) & I dont use this, or their cloud backup or Lifelock.
