The good thing is this does not really have a scent, it s moisturizing and effectively removes makes up while cleaning pores. Read about this awhile ago and amazed how oil, go figure, would help clear up blackheads. Opposite of what I always thought. I was a fan of Sea Breeze in my younger days/

A VERY special product. I had a serious complication after back surgery; my legs began to swell, turn HOT, itched & burned! After many doctors visits, I began smoothing on this jojoba. My legs are amazing now, not perfect, but comfortable and healing beautifully. THANK YOU.

This is a review pertaining to 100% Organic Jojoba Oil - no brand in particular. This oil is very versatile. I use it for my skin, hair, to remove stubborn makeup and so forth. --SKIN: It is not heavy, does not break me out and provides much needed moisture. --HAIR: I have lion king hair. My hair is long, wavy/curly and can get a bit frizzy. I apply jojoba oil to my damp hair - on the scalp, ends, and basically all over. This oil definitely reduces my frizzyness and allows for my curls to form beautifully. *Tip for my curly haired gals: after you apply jojoba oil to your damp hair, rest your head on any cloth-like surface or better yet, go to sleep after. (I usually wash my hair at night) After 30 mins or once you wake up in the morning, your hair will be bouncy, curly and definitely NOT frizzy. Girls always ask how I manage to keep my curls in tact. Well, there you go. If you let your hair air dry alone, gravity weighs your hair down since its damp, thus not allowing your curls to form the way they should. *Tip for my foundation lovers: apply a drop of jojoba oil onto med-full coverage foundations prior to applying. It completely removes that caked-up makeup look and provides for a natural, flawless finish. It also allows for my makeup to better adhere to my skin and it lasts longer. I have very oily skin, so do not be afraid of adding oils to your beauty routine. Yes, I still get a bit shiny, but once I blot hello flawless!!! This oil is a must for anyones beauty arsenal. Its so versatile and its VERY inexpensive.

Great for low porosity hair. Still have a few flyaways trying to see what to do about that. But overall much more effective than coconut oil

This oil is perfect for my skin, but serves a different purpose entirely. I have a ton of piercings (ears, lobes, nipples, et cetera), and I have to use specific oils for ear piercing in a different place. I ended up discovering I had a small blowout on my right earlobe due to sizing up to a 1/2 tunnel too quickly, so I got a ton of recommendations online to size down to about a 00, and do daily Jojoba oil rubs 2-3 times a day for about three months to help it heal. This is currently in progress, and its looking better (even though its been only a week). I also ended up having a very bad scenario at the piercing shop I go to, due to an uneducated sub there. They basically tried to lacerate a small bit of keloid scarring on my lowest-right cartilage piercing and applied direct salt to it, essentially inducing chemical burn. It had a nasty large lump on it for almost 4 months afterwards, and all the sea salt soaks they recommended made it angry. I eventually did some research, and gave tea tree oil a shot for that. The scarring and lump went away within two days after one application of 100% undiluted solution. Didnt irritate my skin at all, but I dont recommend it for everyone. I recently gave a 50/50 mixture of jojoba oil and tea tree oil a shot, by applying it to the scarring. It has resurfaced a bit since that, so Ive since switched back to pure tto. This Jojoba oil is amazing, but isnt for every kind of piercing, or maybe it works on different things for different people. Whatever the case may be, its not expensive, and I HIGHLY recommend keeping a bottle around the house for daily, or even weekly use. Dab about 5-6 drops in your hands and rub them together. Apply it to freshly blow-dried hair after a shower with a good conditioner (leave conditioner in for no less than two minutes). Repeat daily for a week, and your hair will become so soft its ridiculous. I gave it a shot and switched off using argan oil for about a week. I got the same results either way. I dont regret my purchase one bit. Get a bottle, as it has a ton of different applications. Seriously. Just look them up. PROS: 1. Has a ton of different uses. 2. The product is inexpensive. 3. Feels great on your skin and has a lot of health/care benefits. 4. You get a decent amount for your money. 5. Helps with minor skin damage from piercings. (THIS IS SUBJECTIVE FROM PERSON TO PERSON!) 6. Has no odor. Unless my sense of smell is shot, then ignore this. :) CONS: 1. Has a (near-noticable) mild grit to it, similar to emu oil. It can feel a bit weird if you notice things like that. 2. Doesnt help with all skin conditions, especially on piercings. 3. May cause irritations if you have an allergy. Do your research beforehand. This product is not hypoallergenic. OVERALL: Would I buy this again? Yes. Is it worth the price for what you get? Absolutely.

I used this during the winter as a moisturizer, and it really helped my dry skin when regular moisturizers failed.

I love love LOVE this oil! At first I used it for mixing with clay to make masks. After making the masks 2 times a week for about a month, but skin completely cleared up! Now I use this oil every morning instead of a moisturizer. This is the best my skin has looked in years! Im in my early 30s so having adult acne was very embarrassing and I had tried everything to get rid of it. I dont know whats so magical about this oil, but its the only thing that has worked for me. Ive been using it for about 4 months now and couldnt be happier. People Ive known for years have even started remarking about my great completion! **UPDATE** Almost 2 years later and I am still using this oil as a daily mosturizer. My face is still acne free (I love typing that!). When I first bought this product, I lived in Massachusetts and used it throughout the winter in the very dry air. Since then, Ive moved to Florida and this product has worked equally well in the humidity. I will admit to trying some other brands of Jojoba Oil when Ive seen flash deals, but nothing compares to the NOW Foods version. This is by far the lightest jojoba oil that Ive found- it keeps my face soft without feeling oily. When you first put it on (you only need a very small amount) you might feel a little oily- after 10 minutes, you shouldnt feel oily at all.

Im not quite sure how to rate this product, to be honest. On the one hand, it works excellently. I bought this last year to use on my nails, which were constantly tearing, and my hair. It hasnt been too amazing for my hair, but it doesnt make it overwhelmingly oily like coconut oil tends. My nails, on comparison, have seen a lot of improvement from usage. The smell isnt my favorite, but its not as strong as something like shea butter tends to be. I still am using the same bottle somewhat irregularly. That its the same bottle is particularly impressive considering how often this bottle leaks. I cannot store it sideways, or it leaks. I cannot store it upright, or it somehow leaks. It has leaked through several plastic bags; at this point, I leave it in a bag it has leaked through in the same spot and just periodically wipe up the leaked oil. Good god, this bottle leaks in such an impressive way Ill recommend this product just for the quantity of it you seem to get because I still have some after how much it has leaked. If you buy this product, which I honestly think is worth the price, put it in another container unless you want jojoba go-goin everywhere, too.

Certified organic jojoba oil is derived from the seed of the jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) shrub and is one of the most popular cosmetic oils available today. Its high stability, invigorating scent and cosmetic versatility make it ideal for all skin and hair types, and it is most commonly used to promote softer hair and skin. Jojoba oil contains many nutritional compounds, including long-chain essential fatty acids and fatty alcohols.
