Doesnt work as well as I thought.

We keep this on hand for various reasons. Upset stomach, gassy, bloated, discomfort intestinally, ate something that isn’t agreeing, over eating, heart burn, indigestion. It’s just great absorber of toxins and uncomfortable feelings. No side effects.

I have been taking Charcoal on and off for a while now. A friend in the medical field recommended I take it regularly now as part of a detox/ immune regimen

I ordered this product to help my acne. My skin was breaking out. Despite using acne cream and cleansers, my skin was really acting out. Taking activated charcoal helps my skin to clear up. This is a pod brand that never disappoints. I would repurchase and recommend.

Eat something a little off ? Something that would normally cause you gas or reflux, take 2 of these daily and see if you problem goes away. It is made of coconut shells in case of allergy steer clear. Ate Street food for 2 weeks on vacation never had an issue while taking these. Great brand and price also.

If you have Terriers, you should always have activated charcoal!!
