    I have Multiple Sclerosis and fight Chronic Fatigue EVERY DAY with this monster! With a low Vitamin D deficiency, I need all the help I can get and have found a couple of natural vitamins have helped but this B50 is awesome! I generally take it mid morning and it helps me stay focused and alert till mid afternoon with my other vitamins. I would recommend it for anyone but especially for those with a chronic illness!

These vitamins work to support energy production, maintain healthy homocysteine metabolism, and promote the health of the nervous system.* B-Vitamins are water soluble, and with the exception of B-12, have limited storage in the body and thus require daily replenishment.
