Really brightens up the bathroom

Bought it for an old heating lamp bathroom fixture. Not available in stores, at least at the major ones. Fits perfectly! Received promptly and in excellent shape!

The design is great, but the one I received had some gouges formed into it. They were not from shipping, you can tell it was just made that way from the factory. All in all not bad because no one will be right up on it (being on the ceiling and all) so it will look fine from a distance.

Worked great

Exact match for the old cover that had yellowed over time. Kinda expensive but what ya gonna do.

The ad lists the size at 11 x 12. The unit is not square, but measures 10 on the edge, and 10 1/4 going from center to center.

After extensive searching I finally found this replacement Grille! Had it within 2 days and promptly ripped out the old Grille and installed this unit within 15 minutes. Words of advice for those use Bathroom Heater Bulbs. When you replace burned out bulbs use extra caution and insure that the bulb does not touch this plastic Grille. Those bulbs get very hot and will easily melt the plastic. Also, make sure that the Bulb Heater is on a timer so that it only stays on as long as necessary.Many homes have caught on fire as a result of these heat bulbs staying on and melting away the electrical wiring.

Pleased with the size and color

The quality is of this product will not disappoint, but if your Model No. is 9417, this cover may not work. It didnt for me. It is not identical to the original. The hole in the middle is closer to 6, the originals, 4. I could easily see up into the housing, not a pretty sight! I do not use infrared bulbs. The one I have is a reflector bulb, and the 4 diameter is perfect for it. I have an e mail in to NuTone to get to the bottom of this & will have an update if and when I hear from them. Fortunately, I bought this through Amazon, and I was able to return it without having to pay return postage. Amazon is absolutely the best in customer service when problems like these arise. Tip on how to find your model no. if it isnt on the fan motor: its should be in the housing, and if ceiling texture is sprayed inside, just wet a paper towel & begin wiping. You should see a label with the model number.
