You do need to use it throughout the day after washing your hands, as well as night. I have had no splits this winter at all, so Im thrilled with it and highly recommend it. Its a bit pricey but worth every penny.

Greater than one weekWe bought this 12 Pack of OKeefes Working Hands Hand Creme in the 3.4 ounce size so that we could share a product that we love with friends and family. We have found that it works great for hands but we also use it for feet sometimes too. My youngest has the worse time with the under sides of his toes cracking and it works great for that and for heels that are cracked from dry skin too. This item was packaged appropriately and arrived with in the time estimate that was given by Amazon.
