I have no complaints. Exceeded my expectations. priced right. I also bought the version that folds flat to keep in my laptop case and I like it even better. I like how you can tilt these stands to whatever angle you like. The tollerences for the joints are perfect and provide the right amount of friction yet easy to adjust. No burrs or rough spots anywhere. Nice powder coat finish. The thin rubber pads and feet keep the phone from slipping around or falling out of the cradle. Ive had it a year now and it still looks and works like new. It only takes one hand to lift it out of the cradle. More than what I can say for a lot of products being sold these days.

My wife recently purchased this phone holder. I actually ended it up using it often. It is very sturdy and simple, yet useful. It is not highly flexible, but the durability makes up for it.

To be honest, I thought that for the price I would get something that was kind of on the flimsy side, but I was very wrong. The metal construction and overall quality of this is excellent and worth probably triple what I paid for it. I am very happy with this so far.
