> 3 dayI was impressed with the appearance of these anodes. The threaded end cap and the anode itself look to be of made of high quality materials. I also appreciated that they included Teflon tape for the pipe threads, so installation was that much quicker. Installation went smoothly and I experienced no water leaks. Of course time will tell what the long term performance of this anode will be, but so far I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Greater than one weekA nice touch that the teflon tape was installed on these, ready to go in. Not sure of the make of my water heater, Dometic? The 1 1/16 inch socket was correct. I can’t testify as to its longevity as I just put it in. Don’t forget, these are designed to self destruct. That is what saves your water heater from galvanic corrosion.
