This fits like advertised. Feels like the original head.

They clean really well and I like them and they’re still gentle enough to use with every brushing but they have a chemical smell that kind of leaves a weird taste in your mouth for a while after you use them. I hope this goes away.

Genuine Oral-B replacement tooth brush heads are worth the wait.

As a dental hygienist myself, I always like to try products out prior to recommending them. I loved that the price on this product was reasonable. I also like that this product has been compatible with my iO. Would recommend this product.

I do no push hard and the IO brush pressure sensor says Im brushing with the correct amount of pressure. Yet, the the ultimate clean brush heads last 3 week before they stop working well. These are authentic heads. Oral-b just developed a crappy brush

the 8x10/16x20, 4 pack was the cheapest (7.50 per head) i could find for IO ultimate clean on amazon. not sure what 8x10/16x20, means but it is the correct product. the packaging I received was written in German but they are the right heads. FYI if you dont know, the little icons on the bottom do not mean they are a different type of head. they are just simple identifying markers (there are 12) so if you share a bathroom or a handle you know whose head is whose. way to go Oral-B! thinking outside of the box, and even promoting sharing and not promoting more sales!

Brush head is exactly the same as one of the two included with the toothbrush (mine came with two slightly different heads and I preferred this one). I shopped around and couldn’t find a better price, even at the big membership warehouse.

These were a perfect fit. A much better deal than buying from local store. These are costly and finding a price break is always welcome.

Do not buy stick with your own toothbrush its much better and cheaper and lasts a lot longer than this
