Original Matte Loose Mineral Foundation Broad Specrum SPF 15

The color is a bit yellower than I expected, but thats probably my mistake for not reading the description closely enough. Ill go with a pinker shade for my skin next time. Otherwise great product and easy ordering.

I have been an avid user of BareMinerals Foundation for the past 5 years and can honestly say that I dont plan on changing that any time soon. It goes on so easily and makes my skin look fresh and smooth rather than chalky as Ive found some other mineral makeups do. This is a great product line to get stuck on!

This stuff is the best! I ordered the wrong color because I’m a fool but typically this product is my go-to on top of liquid foundation (I use Clinique or milk makeup for liquid).

Have been a user of bare minerals for 11 years, actual product, high quality, goes on smooth and silky, no scent, clears up problem skin.

This is the one makeup product that I use every day. The first few times I bought it, I used the original (non-matte) version. I switched to the matte to help get rid of the shininess left behind with the original. Choosing between the two depends on your skin type and on the moisturizer you are going to put on underneath. If you like to use a thicker / creamier moisturizer, or if your skin is oily to begin with, you might like the matte better (thats my case). But Ive also found that in the winter, the matte version can make my skin look dry no matter what I put underneath it. Overall this is a fantastic foundation that is easy and fast, perfect if you are rushed in the morning.

I have used this makeup for years. I love how it goes on and how light it feels on my skin. Other makeup seems to be heavier with the same coverage. I wish it would stay a little better. I have troubled skin and it has definitely gotten better, I rarely have breakouts anymore and when I have spots, the coverage is sufficient.

I love bareMinderals. It covers well, but doesnt look chalky. Because it is a powder, it doesnt streak. I usually put on my face moisturize/sunscreen, let it dry, and then put this on. I was very happy to see that Amazon carried this product. It seems pricey, but you get a lot of weeks out of the product. Now I dont have to hunt this down in the constantly changing locations in the mall store. Awesome!

I bought the starter pack of the regular Bare Escentuals, which I liked, but the finish was a little too sparkly or shiny for me. I like the matte look of this powder. I can go to the gym after work, and it doesnt run off my face like regular makeup. The only thing I dont really like is the way Amazon or Sephora displays the colors. I would have bought the lighter shade, but it looked like Fairly Light was correct. Just a tiny bit too dark, but its very blendable.

This is my go-to foundation, and Ive been using bareMinerals for over 10 years. Easy to apply (I use a kabuki brush to apply). Lasts all day for me. My skin is oily, and the MATTE helps control oil very well. It makes my skin feel soft and look flawless. My skin is also acne prone, and this foundation helps cover up scars easily. I do make sure to keep my kabuki brush clean, though. I wash it with soap and warm water every couple of weeks. This foundation is very easy to apply, just sift a bit of powder into the cap and swirl the kabuki brush into the powder and then buff your skin with the brush. I find that the more evenly I buff my skin with the brush and powder, the better it looks and feels.
